Osage Ambulances is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance/Custodial Services team member. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Empty and dispose of garbage and recycling throughout the facilities
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Clean and maintain employee break rooms and common areas
• Keep delivery bays, loading areas, and entrances clean and free of debris
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform general housekeeping duties
• Restock restroom and break room supplies as needed
• Assist with basic facility maintenance and organization
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, walking, and lifting throughout the workday
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience is preferred but not required
