Available Positions
We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. As a MIG Welder at Osage Ambulances, you will play a critical role in the fabrication and assembly of custom-built ambulances. You will work alongside a dedicated team to produce high quality, durable emergency vehicles that meet our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on aluminum and other metals to fabricate and assemble custom ambulance parts and components
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate welds and measurements
- Inspect and prepare metal surfaces for welding
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Welding certification (preferred, but not required)
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder
- Previous experience with TIG is highly desirable but not required
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills
Position is based in a manufacturing environment. Physical activity will include reaching below/above shoulders, kneeling, bending, climbing ladders, lifting & carrying equipment.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting electrical systems in custom-built ambulances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and wire electrical systems, including lights, sirens, communication systems, and other ambulance-specific equipment
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical issues in custom-built ambulances
- Ensure all electrical systems are in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with manufacturing team to incorporate new electrical technologies
- Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in automotive electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Familiarity with ambulances, emergency vehicles, or similar specialized vehicle systems is a plus
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail

We are looking for a skilled hands-on Production Specialist to help build custom ambulances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry: Use woodworking tools to build and install custom cabinetry, interior structures, and storage solutions for ambulances
- Mechanical: Assemble mechanical systems, including electrical wiring, vehicle components, etc. within the ambulance
- Hand Tool Operation: Operate various hand tools (saws, drills, screwdrivers, etc.) to build, install, and modify vehicle components and structures
- Safety and Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and general workshop equipment
- Proven experience in automotive electrical is highly desirable but not required
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills
